## Story

Mirko Almaši is a leading Croatian beekeeper and certified honey sensory analyst. The OPG's hives sit around Omišalj on Krk's northern karst pastures - high-altitude sage, immortelle and chestnut bloom areas. The honeydew honey carries the Croatian Island Product (HOP) mark and the OPG is a member of Udruga 'Kadulja' (Krk's island-wide beekeepers' association). Featured by Taste of Adriatic in 2016.
