## Story

The Leon Pavan branch of the Pavan family runs an independent cheese OPG at Supec 8 in Vrbnik, separate from the larger OPG Mate i Kate operation. The OPG focuses on traditional Krčki ovčji sir from native pramenka sheep, plus daily-fresh skuta. Sales are direct from the family kitchen by appointment, with regular supply to local Vrbnik konobas. Listed on the official TZO Vrbnik OPG directory.
