Three firms. A large share of the housing here is second homes and holiday lets whose owners live somewhere else for most of the year, and these businesses exist for exactly that: key holding, inspections, cleaning between guests, guest coordination and the legal obligations that come with renting out a property in Croatia.

Town of Krk administrative area only — Krk town, Kornić, Muraj and the Šotovento villages. The island's other six municipalities are not covered yet, so an absent business is one we have not reached rather than one that does not exist.
