# Punat Sea Art – sculpture colony

> A sculptors' colony run by the Punat tourist board every September — students and mentors from the applied-arts academies of Rijeka, Osijek and Belgrade leave a permanent piece in the town's public space.

## About

The tenth edition ran 15–22 September 2024 in Park Kostarika beside the Punćale waterfront, organised by the Punat tourist board with students of the academies of applied arts in Rijeka, Osijek and Belgrade; the material was stone, enriched with ceramics, on the theme of the 45th parallel. Earlier editions decorated the fish market façade with sea-motif tiles (eighth) and left a ceramic piece on the beach. The 2026 edition, the twelfth, was in the event feed for 20–27 September. The exact week is announced each year.
