Krk in March

The run-up to Easter: an exhibition in Omišalj and the first free town walks.

March is the quietest end of the calendar and it does not pretend otherwise. What recurs is the run-up to Easter: the Omišalj ceramics workshop opens its charity Easter exhibition in the Lapidarij gallery in the last days of the month, and Krk town runs its first free interpretive walks of the year.

When Easter falls in March, the Krk and Baška Easter programmes fall here too; most years they belong to April. Either way, this is a month for the island as it is rather than as it performs.
