Hand-cut slices of EU PGI Krčki pršut, the first Croatian food product registered as a Protected Geographical Indication.

Dry-salted with sea salt and Krk aromatic herbs, never smoked, aged a minimum of 12 months in the bura-exposed curing rooms in Vrh. Sliced fresh and vacuum-packed for transport.
