Vrbnik's most-decorated Žlahtina producer and home of Croatia's first dedicated wine hotel, Vinotel Gospoja, plus a pizzeria, restaurant, wine shop and the new Pršutana Gospoja curing house.

## Storia

Founded in 1995 by the Toljanić and Brusić families and led for two decades by the late Franjo Toljanić, PZ Gospoja became the largest employer in Vrbnik and turned Žlahtina into an internationally recognised PDO white wine. Žlahtina Toljanić was the first Croatian quality wine to receive the 'Izvorno Hrvatsko' trademark. In 2016 the family opened Vinotel Gospoja, a 22-room wine-themed hotel with indoor pool and spa, and in 2024 added Pršutana Gospoja for traditional dry-curing of Krčki pršut.
