Geschichte

Bourbon Grill is Krk's clearest answer to the question of where to eat when nobody wants fish. The kitchen works with aged black angus from Croatian pastures and domestic Simmental heifer, served on a terrace with a sea view over the Njivice bay. Listed by the Omišalj-Njivice tourist board and a Krk Food Story participant, it fills a genuine gap in an island gastronomy scene otherwise dominated by seafood and lamb.
