A Krk-town family olive grove growing all six autochthonous Krk varieties (Slatka, Kršinka, Debeljuša, Naška, Bjelica, Crnica), with Aristoil-verified high-phenol oil and PZ Otok Krk membership.

Geschichte

The Jurešić family olive grove sits above the town of Krk and is one of the few estates planting all six native Krk olive varieties - Slatka, Kršinka, Debeljuša, Naška, Bjelica and Crnica. The oil was independently tested by the University of Athens under the EU Aristoil project (2019) and measured 376 mg/kg of total phenols, well above the EU health-claim threshold of 250 mg/kg. The OPG markets primarily through the PZ Otok Krk cooperative network and direct island sales.
