Story
David Mrakovčić founded his OPG to revive four abandoned family olive groves - Kravarica (2.02 ha), Rabasalj, Punta Groša and Picul - using indigenous Krk varieties and ecological cold extraction below 27°C. The 10-30-10 oil was independently verified at 601 mg/kg of phenolic compounds in the Aristoil project, well above the EU health-claim threshold. The boutique scale and PDO certification have made it a reference oil for chefs across Kvarner.
