The world's only Žlahtina sparkling wine matured 30 metres below the Adriatic in stainless-steel cages.

After traditional secondary fermentation, bottles are placed in stainless-steel cages and submerged at ~30 m depth. Constant temperature, total darkness and gentle current pressure produce a uniquely smooth, integrated mousse and complex savoury profile.
