Pavan-family OPG at Supec 8, Vrbnik. Featured by TZO Vrbnik as the village's only registered cheese producer, supplying local konobas, hotels and Vrbnik-town shops. Production includes Krčki ovčji sir, an aged variant and fresh skuta, all sold direct or by appointment.
